The different varieties of Velouté can be applied for two purposes: they can either be used as a tasty and healthy soup or employed as delicious special sauces to accompany sturgeon and other fish.

Format: Packed in 315 ml. Weck glass jars and vacuum-sealed.

Varieties: Traditional Velouté, Chickpeas Velouté, Mushroom Velouté, Tomato Velouté.

Refrigerate between 2º- 4ºC.
