Fresh caviar without additives, prepared using the low-salt Malossol technique. It is known for its variety of flavours that combine nuts, butter, and sea flavours, with unique notes for each harvest. Its diameter is between 2,7 and 3,1 mm and its colours oscillate from dark grey to olive-green.

Chef’s recommendation: Refrigerate caviar between -2ºC and 2ºC, put box immediately in fridge (do not freeze). Taste directly over the back of the hand, previously cleansing the palate with a shot of vodka. To top off a preparation, caviar can be accompanied with the traditional blinis. Dill, parsley, lemon juice, sour cream and eggs are excellent companions. Dressings that have a strong flavour should be avoided.
