Smoked Sturgeon Cremeux is made following ancestral French methods, with sturgeon fillet smoked at low temperatures with Chilean cherry and oak wood, mixed with traditional French butter from Normandy.
Format: Packed in 50 gr. glass jars and vacuum-sealed.
Varieties: Stør Cremeux Traditional, Stør Cremeux Citrus, Stør Cremeux Capers and Pickles, Stør Cremeux Grainy Mustard, Stør Cremeux Chili.
Refrigerate between 2º- 4ºC. This pâté is perfect to enjoy in an appetizer with blinis and a touch of caviar, or to be used as a savoury gourmet ingredient for cooking.
