Format: Frozen and vacuum-sealed. 200 gr.
Keep frozen. Defrost for 24 hours in the fridge before use. For smoked sturgeons with flavoured crust, our chef recommends to oven-heat them at minimum temperature (70°C) for 5 to 10 minutes. After removing from the oven, they can be served as an appetizer or main dish.
