This variety of Oscietra Caviar, one of the most prized worldwide, is characterised by smoothness and looseness, with an oil-green colour and a diameter between 2.7-3.1 mm. Roe consistency is smooth yet firm. The flavour on the palate bears light overtones of butter from the south of Chile, and European hazelnuts.
Format: Product packaged in vacuum sealed cans of 250, 100, 50, 30 y 15 gr. Keep refrigerated between -2ºC and 2ºC.
Refrigerate between -2ºC and 2ºC. Taste directly over the back of the hand, previously cleansing the palate with a shot of vodka. To top off a preparation, caviar can be accompanied with the traditional blinis. Dill, parsley, lemon juice, sour cream and eggs are excellent companions. Dressings that have a strong flavour should be avoided.
